END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

IMPORTANT: READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE.

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Robert Wypiór ("Licensor") for the use of the MathVision software application ("Software").
By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the Software.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal or internal business purposes. The Software is provided free of charge and is not open source.

2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
    - Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or sell the Software.
    - Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
    - Use the Software for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

3. OWNERSHIP
All right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Licensor. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership interest in the Software.

4. NO WARRANTY
The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, including any loss or damage to data, computer systems, or other equipment, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from your devices.

7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
